Show Notes

What does it mean to help guide a community college through a time of change? BCC Board of Trustees Chair Julia Bowen joins Jonah and Adam to discuss her connection to the College, her approach to leadership and the important role trustees play behind the scenes. Along the way, Julia reflects on service, relationships and why Berkshire Community College remains so essential to the community it calls home. It’s an inside look at the people, purpose and shared commitment helping to shape BCC’s next chapter — in a conversation that, thankfully, could not have been an email.
